Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Swiftware, which operates Fit+. They apply to the Fit+ apps and web workspaces. By creating an account or using Fit+, you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or older where local law requires it, to use Fit+.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us straight away at support@usefitplus.com if you think someone else has used your account.

Fit+ is not medical advice. Workouts, plans, nutrition targets, readiness scores, AI Coach replies and meal estimates are general fitness information. They do not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition, and estimates from photos or devices can be inaccurate.

• Talk to a doctor before starting a new exercise or nutrition programme, especially if you have a health condition, an injury or are pregnant.
• Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or other symptoms.
• In an emergency, contact your local emergency services. Fit+ is not monitored for emergencies.

You exercise at your own risk and are responsible for choosing what is safe for you.

Coaches and nutritionists on Fit+ are independent professionals, not employees or agents of Swiftware. Gyms are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own advice, services, qualifications, prices and conduct.

Fees for coaching, nutrition services or gym memberships are agreed between you and the professional or gym. We do not guarantee any result from their services. Professionals see your data only through the access you grant, and must use it only to provide their services to you.

Fit+ Pro is an optional, auto-renewing subscription that unlocks extra features.

• Price: US$9.99 a month or US$59.99 a year. Prices may differ by country and are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you buy.
• Free trial: new subscribers can start with a 7-day free trial where offered. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged.
• Renewal: the subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your App Store or Google Play account is charged within 24 hours before renewal.
• Managing and cancelling: subscriptions are managed and cancelled in your App Store or Google Play account settings, not in Fit+. Deleting the app or your Fit+ account does not cancel a subscription. After you cancel, Pro stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: payments are handled by Apple or Google, and refund requests follow their policies.

Some gyms include Pro with their membership. That access ends when the gym membership ends.

When you use Fit+, you agree not to:

• harass, threaten or abuse anyone, or post hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content,
• impersonate anyone, or claim qualifications you do not hold,
• share another person’s data without their permission,
• give dangerous advice, or promote harmful practices or substances,
• send spam, advertising or unsolicited offers,
• probe, scrape or disrupt the service, get around its security or access controls, or use another person’s account,
• copy, resell or reverse engineer Fit+ except where the law allows it.

We may remove content, and suspend or close accounts, that break these rules.

You keep ownership of what you log, post and upload. You give Swiftware permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run Fit+ for you and for the people you share it with. Community posts are visible to others according to your settings.

We work to keep Fit+ available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”. Features may change, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Data from devices, health apps and food databases comes from third parties, and we cannot guarantee it is complete or correct.

To the extent the law allows, Swiftware is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury arising from exercise or nutrition choices you make. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

You can stop using Fit+ and delete your account at any time from Me › Settings › Security. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, or if the law requires it.

We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and tell you in the app before an important change takes effect. Continuing to use Fit+ after that means you accept the updated terms.
