By email
Write to support@usefitplus.com from the email address you use for Fit+, and ask us to delete your account. We may reply to check it’s you, and we finish within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your profile, name, photo, email address and sign-in.
- Workouts, plans, routines, meals, body measurements and progress photos.
- Health data imported from Apple Health, Health Connect or WHOOP, and access to connected devices.
- Messages, community posts, comments, likes, follows and bookings.
- Data sharing with coaches, nutritionists and gyms, and your gym memberships.
- Settings, notification devices, AI preferences and support requests.
What we keep, and for how long
- Payment records for gym memberships: amount, currency, date, gym and the payment provider’s reference, without your name or email. Tax and accounting law requires them. We delete them after 10 years.
- Security log entries: a random account number and the date of the deletion, never your name or email.
- Gym content you made as staff, such as classes and membership plans, stays with the gym so other members keep their bookings.
- Backups: copies in our database provider’s encrypted backups are overwritten within 30 days.
How long it takes
In the app or on this page, your account is deleted straight away. Requests by email, and accounts that own a gym or business, are finished by our team within 30 days.
